About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Online Full-time English Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching English to adult learners, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of working professionals.
Role Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
• TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification is mandatory.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching English to adult learners is preferred.
• Strong command of the English language, including proficiency in grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and cultural nuances.
• Experience teaching IELTS or any language proficiency test would be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds.
• Proficiency in using online teaching platforms and tools, such as Zoom, Skype, Google Meet, or similar.
• Flexibility to work from 7 am to 2.30 pm or 1.30 pm to 10 pm, including weekends, to accommodate students' schedules.
• Commitment to professional development and continuous learning in the field of English language teaching.
• Reliable internet connection, computer/laptop, and headset with microphone for conducting online classes.
Role Responsibilities
• Conduct online English language training sessions for working professionals using interactive video conferencing platforms.
• Develop customized lesson plans and instructional materials tailored to the specific language proficiency levels and learning objectives of individual students.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students on their language skills, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
• Facilitate engaging and interactive learning activities to enhance student engagement and comprehension.
• Assess student progress and proficiency levels through regular quizzes, tests, and assignments.
• Monitor and track student attendance, participation, and performance in online classes.
• Communicate effectively with students to address any questions, concerns, or challenges they may encounter during their language learning journey.
• Collaborate with other members of the instructional team to continuously improve course content and teaching methodologies.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in English language teaching and incorporate them into instructional design and delivery.
